How long does it take to get my refund?
As of now, when your order is successful and a shipping label is created there is no option of a refund. We will work on this in the distant future. Although if money is deducted from your bank account and no tracking number is created for your package, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

What is volumetric weight?
The Volumetric Weight of a package is used in order to measure how much space the package is going to occupy in transportation. It is calculated by taking a look at both the actual physical weight as well as the volumetric weight. Highest price will be charged comparing the two.
Length X Width X Height in centimetres / 5000 = Volumetric Weight in kilograms.
Any packaging guidelines?
Using good packaging material while sending a package minimises the chances of in-transit damage.In most cases we prefer using boxes.
